If the medications or medical supplies you have been prescribed are not available when back home, you have nothing to worry about- it’s our job to find access to your needs at your local pharmacy or medical supply company in your home country.
If these medications or medical supplies are not available at your local pharmacy or medical supply store, we will work to get them delivered to your home or to your physician’s office when possible from abroad.

The My Medical Savings Card is more than just a discount card. Once enrolled, your patient will benefit from the My Medical Savings Card Advantage, a concierge approach to healthcare access, pricing, planning, and care coordination.
Once enrolled in our My Medical Savings Card advantage concierge program, we create a confidential medical file with brief patient history pertinent medical and pharmaceutical care, i.e. diagnosis, allergies, medication regimen, and emergency contact information.
- We coordinate with all respective patient healthcare providers in the U.S.A. and abroad, to obtain or confirm any pertinent medical information, prescriptions, etc. We continue this care coordination after patient’s return to home country.
- We coordinate any prescription or medical supply delivery to a patient’s hospital bedside, home, hotel, or business
- We enroll each patient in our unique patient call system designed to ensure that each patient will never run out of medication or supplies by calling each patient on a regularly agreed upon schedule to obtain refills when needed and/or confirm any new or changed orders with their respective health care provider. The patient may call us at any time to liaise with their healthcare team to assist in obtaining new or clarifying prescription orders.
